Membership

Any individual who has served or is serving as a member of the 452d General Hospital or Combat Support Hospital, either in active or reserve status, shall be eligible to apply for membership in the alum association.

The officers of the alum association shall have the authority to admit such individuals to membership that in their opinion would be beneficial to the alum association provided they are present or former members of the Armed Forces of the United States.

The officers of the alum association shall also have the authority to admit honorary members to the association who shall be non-dues paying members and are present or former members of the Armed Forces of the United States.
